- If App crashes while in use
- restart app and the journey will continue from the point of crash.
- If notifications are not received
- log out and back into the app.
- go to your home screen and swipe down to see notifications.
- enable notification from the phone & App setting.
- Pilots - Refunds will only apply if
- the subscription is cancelled within 24 hours.
- Any malicious use or intentional misuse of the app will invalidate refund.
- Go to settings and tap the top left of the pop up with name and location.
- Click on the relevant fields to update your profile.
- Multiple accounts are not permitted for all users.
