  • If App crashes while in use
    • restart app and the journey will continue from the point of crash.
  • If notifications are not received
    • log out and back into the app.
    • go to your home screen and swipe down to see notifications.
    • enable notification from the phone & App setting.
  • Pilots - Refunds will only apply if
    • the subscription is cancelled within 24 hours.
    • Any malicious use or intentional misuse of the app will invalidate refund.
  • Go to settings and tap the top left of the pop up with name and location.
  • Click on the relevant fields to update your profile.
  • Multiple accounts are not permitted for all users.
  • For genuine accounts changes, contact TREEP customer services for the appropriate procedures.
